Do I need to say more?

Remembering 9-11, 10 years later.  Below is an image to a flyer I created shortly after September 11, 2011---and I passed out a couple thousand of the flyers around the downtown area Sacramento.  Click on it to open a PDF file that has this flyer on it.   

Shortly after I was publicly passing out this flyer, I was nearly abducted on the American River bike trail (where I run regularly), by a guy claiming to have a fish hook stuck in his arm. 

This man was asking me to assist him in getting the fish hook pulled out from his arm that he had sticking inside his car window.  Had I gone down off the river levee to help this man, I would not be here today. 

It was my opinion back then, and it still is today, that Jack Loveall/Jaques Loveall had hired a hit man to get me because of the flyer above that I was publicly distributing.  Jack Loveall/UFCW 588 had on a number of occasions sent their people down to the American River to keep an eye on me when I ran there daily.

Well, it is now confirmed.  Mike Teel finally put a close sign on his Good Eats restaurant in Sacramento.  How sad to realize that Mike is a con man just like his dad Jim.  He knew he wasn't going to keep this restaurant opened for a long time.  He closed his Arizona Good Eats shortly before he opened the Sacramento location. Mike isn't even good at being a con-man----but he is one.  

This entire Good Eats idea (in my opinion) was done to attract investors.  He apparently didn't find any and so he had to cleverly find a way to conclude this whole Good Eats investment idea without costing him a large sum of money in which it may have already done. 

What is really sad is the fact that his friends at The Bee, like Bob Shallit, will assist him with his agenda and place strategic articles like the one above to try and convince the public of an intention that really weren't there.  What a game. 

Recently there was a criminal trial taking place in Florida where a mother was being tried for first degree murder.  After this woman was found not guilty there was a large segment of Americans who were upset by this verdict....they simply thought this woman was guilty.

Here is what the majority of Americans don't know about criminal cases and this lack of knowledge is because most americans don't get involved in the criminal process going on in the courts.  I have sat through enough criminal court cases to know that there are many not guilty verdicts rendered in cases where it appeared that the prosecution had more than enough evidence to get a conviction. 

I remember a case I sat in on when one day I saw the prosecutor of this criminal case in the elevator and asked him what was the outcome of the case and surprising he told me the man on trial was acquitted of the crime. I thought that there was more than enough evidence to convict this man....I don't believe there were crowds of people outside this courthouse willing to burn down the building because of this unjust jury verdict.  In fact there was nobody.    

So, instead of all of the uproar over the fact that this woman was found not guilty of the charges, maybe these same individuals who are upset about the verdict should spend more time viewing other criminal cases happening within most court-rooms in America and discover that this kind of an outcome is happening more often than not. 

The Sacramento Bee ran an article on May 3 making it known that KCRA 3 news anchor Kevin Riggs was leaving KCRA.  I posted a comment using the screen name "Fur"  Another screen name "freelkgrove" left a reply to my comment. 

Later in the day I was checking out the comments and noticed that The Bee removed my comment.  The problem was that The Bee changed the screen name from "Fur" to "guest". Then they changed "freelkgrove" reply from "fur" to "guest."

However, The Bee didn't care if the other "fur" comment was left. Below are to the incidences of this happening in the comment section of The Bee---in a pdf format...just click on the images to view:

Below features this years winner of the Boston Marathon.  Wow.  He had a 4 minute and 39 second mile pace.  That is just unbelievable,,,,no matter what kind of help the wind provided. 

I have always felt that runners like this are truly the greatest athletes in the world.  Imagine running 26.2 miles with a 4:39 second pace per mile?  I don't think most people can!!!   

The fastest I can remember running was before I developed anorexia in the '70s was a 5 minute a mile pace----and that was only for 10 miles----I wasn't running  further than this at that time.  I would run 40 laps around Boise St. University track in 50 minutes.  Now understand, I could have easily trained myself for a much further distance at that pace....I just wasn't into that 26 mile distance and when I came down with anorexia I pretty much disregarded a future of running that kind of a distance.

The last 12 months of my life has certainly been filled with a lot of events and some of it would be considered good ole fashion "drama." Let me just list a few:

• I ran my first organized half marathon in which I placed first in my age division and finished 16 overall...not bad for an old guy.
• I got divorced from a woman whom I was married to for nearly 13 years.  I wonder who is going to make her breakfast every morning before she goes to work now that I am gone?   Not me!  I was married twice in my life and both marriages I walked away from.
• I moved to Maui, Hi.  This is place where most people think they are living in paradise and become blind to the fact that the social problems plaguing these islands are no different than what is happening on the mainland. 
• I met a great woman whom I really liked only to find out she didn't really like me but liked my kindness, my caring and my honesty.  It turned out that she was attracted to a sex offender whom didn't really like her....yes, this story is as crazy as it sounds. 
• I created a page on my website for this same woman but took it down because I didn't want to embarrass her seeing that her name shows up at the top of Google search engine results and connected to my website.  I might put it back up because she is an experience of mine and to be honest, her page ended up being one of the best pages I created so I will have to see how I feel soon.
• I am nearly finished with my petition that I have filed with the State of Hawaii to change my name.  Today I will mail off $115 to the Star-Advertiser newspaper for them to publicize in its newspaper of my name change that has been signed by the Lieutenant Governor of Hawaii.  Wow, imagine that, I will no longer be Frank Samuel Nordby and will become Frank M Samuels.  "M" stands for my daughter Michelle whom I haven't seen since she was 10 years old....
• I met a great female friend by the name of "Julie" whom I met on an anorexia nervosa website.  She lives in Massachusetts and she can really relate to my anorexia illness and has been a big support for me as I have been a big support for her...
• I will have a new Capital One credit card sent to me that will have the image of my only child on it as seen below:

It is truly sad that once again a tragedy has struck in the world where thousands, if not millions, of people have been affected.  Sometimes it is easy to forget to count our blessings when the suffering of so many stares the world in the face.

May healing be quick for the people who have been devastated by the earthquake and subsequent tsunami.  May food, water and medical treatment be rushed to the people in areas crippled by this event. 

Below is an article about a congresswoman who was shot along with many others in front of a supermarket in Tucson, Arizona. 

Since this shooting has taken place, the only two people the news media and elected officials are focusing on is this elected congresswoman and the gunman.  There were many other private citizens also fighting for their lives/or in critical condition, in this mass shooting, and the only person given any attention is the congresswoman. 

Only two people that the news media and elected officials are focusing on are the congresswoman and the suspect.  The congresswoman is a public servant and it has been determined that public servants publicly serve themselves-and articles like the one below clearly show that this opinion of mine is true.  The other person is the suspect. The suspect probably was motivated by attention, knowing that shooting 15 to 20 people with a gun will get him non-stop attention from the news media.  And he is going to get this attention from the news media-especially after shooting a public servant whom is publicly serving themselves.

It is just pathetic in America.  In my opinion, the news media should show the other victims some respect by reporting on their condition and how some of them may be fighting for their lives.
