I had never filed a Workers' Compensation claim before and I was clearly shown that it is a total fraud
committed by attorney's; doctors; businesses; etc.
Above is a delivery receipt that Chuck Quackenbush's secretary signed for. It pertained to an envelope of information I dropped off for Quackenbush. Below is the letter that accompanied the packet of information. Quackenbush never contacted me about all of the Workers' Compensation fraud that I presented to him in my packet of information.
It was said that Quackenbush got excited whenever he heard about somebody being nabbed defrauding the Workers' Compensation system. He didn't appear to be too excited about those whom I was showing to be defrauding the Workers' Compensation system. Quackenbush was the California Insurance Commissioner and I thought he would be interested in knowing how some people were defrauding the system and this might bring some much needed excitement into his life. I was totally wrong.
It turned out that Quackenbush thought it was just as exciting for him by giving people the impression that he was stupid about what was going on around him. What a goofball he turned out to be.
Nobody from the State of California responded to Frank Nordby concerning the fraud going on in his particular Workers' Compensation Claim. I guess all the taxes I paid into the system didn't mean a hell of beans to having these public agencies assist me.
But then again, everybody who put their eyes on my information knew exactly what was happening in my case but they were too much of a coward to come to my defense.
Quackenbush saw it but he was one of the cowards....in my opinion. But much more important than that is the fact that nobody wanted me to have any credibility. Folks, I caught them all....attorney's; psychiatrists; insurance companies...
Hey, it's OK...it's just Frank Nordby. We can lie about him. Make stuff up. Say he was doing stuff that he wasn't doing. Say he made visits to people he never made visits to.
Just incredible...and nobody had to answer to me.
It was only after dropping off my letter to Governor Pete Wilson did I notice the assholes, excuse me, I mean "notice the people" at Lucky's running for cover like cockroaches would run for cover when they are exposed during the night when you turn the lights on.
While Wilson's office never contacted me, I could tell things were quickly changing at Lucky's and the fraudulent activity came to abrupt halt---so maybe the Governor's office looked at my information and acted on it.
Below represents a letter Chuck Quackenbush sent to me by acting as if he never saw the first letter I sent to him. The first letter I sent to him was signed by his secretary. But now he wants to respond to a courtesy letter I sent to him---in reference to a letter I dropped off at Governor Pete Wilson's office.
Look closely at the date that Quackenbush wrote his letter to me---September 25th. That is the same day I dropped it off to Pete Wilson and then shortly thereafter I dropped off the courtesy copy to his personal secretary and asked her to make sure that her boss got it...believe me, she did.
The last letter I sent to him below was dropped off to his secretary with no signature required. He may have never known his secretary signed for the September 11th receipt/letter/envelope of information. I believe I made a 24"X48" copy of the letter below and this was the size letter I left at his office and the same size was left with Wilson's secretary....this size must have been an eye-opener to Quackenbush.
Quackenbush had every opportunity to respond to my letter above but he didn't. If he didn't receive the information that I allude to in the letter above he should have contacted me to say he didn't receive anything---but in my opinion he couldn't because he knew I caught him being deceitful...
And it's these kinds of people who we see are being elected all the time by the public into public servant positions and that's the main reason why America's government is one of the most corrupt government's in the world!!!
You vote for the person wearing the nicest and most expensive clothes, along with the big smiles with perfect teeth and endless promises, then you get what you voted for-a dishonest person scheming underneath the facade!
Regardless of what he thought of me, he had an obligation to work in my behalf as he would have worked in the behalf of any other citizen of the State of California. However, what he conveyed to me with his silence was easily understood by me as "Go fuck youself Frank, leave me alone, so I can picture-pose with my important friends and wine & dine the Cheney's!"
Wow-Quackenbush really looks important in this photo...maybe this was his goal in life...
He can list all of his life's accomplishments,
but what was his greatest accomplishment in my eyes?
In my opinion he was a successful phony!
