Below is a photo of KCRA Channel 3 news.  At one time KCRA did their noon news from this location at the mall.  KCRA News will have in place a number of security agents to protect KCRA from anybody that would like to practice their 1st amendment rights-like stand behind Walt Gray with sign.  KCRA 3 is an affiliate of NBC.  KCRA 3 and Raley's have a very cozy relationship in the Sacramento area and KCRA 3 has assisted Raley's in making sure that story about Charles Nordby and how he saved Raley's from bankruptcy back in the 1970's is never publicly told.
