Obama-Biden wanted to arrest Maduro

They are nothing but phonies...If there is a valid federal U.S. warrant for your arrest, and you are in another country, you better stay low and hide because if your whereabouts become known,  they can come and ARREST YOU.  This isn't rocket science. But Obama and Biden didn't really want Maduro arrested.
